Walking Shoes from
Podiatry Care & Orthaheel

Many of the walking shoes previously sold through some of our clinics have been discontinued and replaced with with newer styles.

The Orthaheel range of flip flops (thongs as Aussies know them) and sandals still remain a very poular alternative to closed footwear and orthotics in the warmer months. We have listed just some of the older walking shoe styles below which are now only available in very limited sizes...

Walking Shoes NEWS FLASH...

Unfortunately, Orthaheel has chosen to discontinue some of the shoes listed on this page so only limited sizes are available.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

The LEISURE WALKER
The Leisure Walker is a broad fitting mens shoe which displays all the important features of a good walking shoe i.e. supportive heel counter, flexion where the toes bend, removable footbed for those who wear orthotics, etc.

The Leisure Walker walking shoe was available in either BLACK or BROWN and were best suited to those who want a good shoe which can also be worn with casual or dress trousers.

The shoe was extremely well priced at only $ 129.95 plus postage and handling and can be purchased by phoning Podiatry Care on Ph: (08) 8265 4130

The LADY WALKER
The Lady Walker walking shoe also displays all the important features of a good footwear i.e. supportive heel counter, flexion where the toes bend, removable footbed for those who wear orthotics, etc. The only problem is... it can be a little narrow in the forefoot.

This shoe comes in either BLACK, NAVY or WHITE and is best suited to ladies who want a shoe which is waterproof and has no seams at the front.

This shoe is designed for ladies, so consequently the fit is narrower than that in the mens shoe range. It is ideal for nurses and care workers who require a supportive shoe in the NAVY or WHITE colour.

BEWARE ladies with rather wide feet. This shoe is probably not suitable for your foot width.

The shoe is reasonably well priced at $ 119.95 plus postage and handling and can be purchased by phoning Podiatry Care on Ph: (08) 8265 4130

The LIFESTYLE WALKER
The Lifestyle Walker range comes in both a womens style and a mens style.

What's The Difference between these two styles I here you ask?
The answer is the width and colours. That's it!

The Lifestyle Walker in both the male and female style displays all the important features of a good walking shoe once again similar to those displayed in the Leisure Walker and Lady Walker shoes.

Here's a CRUCIAL Tip...
If you're a lady with a wide foot, go for the mens Lifestyle Walker shoe for the extra width.

On the other hand if you are a man with a very narrow foot, go for the womens Lifestyle Walker.

This shoe did come in either BLACK or WHITE and was best suited to those looking for a casual shoe to replace your old sneakers. This type is footwear appears to be a little softer under foot, but still displays good support. It was a reasonable walking shoe in this price bracket because of its extra cushioning properties.

The Lifestyle Walker shoe in both the mens and the womens style was reasonably well priced once again at $ 119.95 plus postage and handling and can be purchased by phoning Podiatry Care on Ph: (08) 8265 4130
