My husband recently dropped a six pack of pedigree chum tinned dog food on my right foot. This happened about a month ago. I had slight swelling but little bruising. It does feel a bit tender to pressure from the middle of my big toe to just under the toe. Could there be any damage?
Most definitely. An x-ray will help to shed light on how much damage exists. It's important to see your Podiatrist for early assessment to ensure healing occurs with the toe correctly aligned.
